Registration Guidelines:
We offer three (3) guest types for registration: Co-Organizer, Keynote Speaker, and Participant
● Co-Organizers and Keynote Speakers attending the event are required to complete the registration process but are exempt from the aforementioned Registration Fee.
● Participants must pay the Registration Fee after successfully completing the registration process.
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address within 24-48 hours upon completion of the registration process. Please note that the official email address for sending confirmation emails is sparkscenter.dio.rde@bulsu.edu.ph.
Payment Guidelines for Participants:
There are two (2) convenient payment options available to settle the Registration Fee: Online Payment and On-Site (Cash) Payment.
Online Payment
For Local Participants:
You can make your payment through the following BulSU bank account details:

During your online payment process, if your bank application has a “message” input, please fill it up with “CDIO2023” for us to easily filter and verify your payment through our University Cashier’s Office.
Please take a screenshot or any proof of payment once you successfully pay the Registration Fee.
Upload the Bank Transaction Number and Proof of Payment through the “Upload Proof of Payment” link below.
Payment Confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address within 24-48 hours once you complete uploading the Bank Transaction Number and Proof of Payment. The official email address that will send the payment confirmation email is sparkscenter.dio.rde@bulsu.edu.ph.
On-Site (Cash) Payment
Participants may pay during the conduct of CDIO Asian Regional Meeting through BulSU Cashier’s Office.
BulSU will only accept cash payment in Philippine Peso (PhP) Currency.
CDIO-ARM dedicated receptionists will guide you on paying the Registration Fee during the event registration.
